Chi Lambda Phi takes home 1st place for the third year in a row.
Sing Sing 2026 had a good run of upbeat songs from classic movies following the theme of “Welcome to the Movies.”
Chi’s Spring Sing Director Jacob McWatters said the spirit behind the event goes far beyond winning the competition.
“We are doing it for each other. And our brothers, winning is just a side effect of that.”

The other Chi Spring Sing Director Jaxon Santos describes the impact Spring Sing has on the club.
“Hanging out and spending the whole half of the semester, just with the guys all the time, just being stuck with each other and getting closer together just to work towards this big goal,” Santos said.
Santos concluded with giving thanks to God.
“God gave us this ability to be on the stage and perform with each other,” Santos said. “Our life is so blessed right now.”
In addition to Chi’s 1st place win, various other awards were presented.
The men and women of the freshman class got 4th place for the first time in years.
Best choreography went to the women of Gamma Rho, and the student favorite was presented to the men of Delta Gamma Sigma.
Wynter Utley was proposed to during the awards, making the night full of surprising and memorable moments.
