On Monday, Oklahoma reported 380 new COVID-19 cases and also saw the total number of COVID hospitalizations across the state drop to below 500 for the first time in months.
Oklahoma reported 50 new COVID deaths on Monday. The state’s death toll now stands at 4,061 people.
Among Oklahoma cities Edmond is ranked third in total confirmed cases with 16,469. Edmond also has reported 104 COVID-19 related deaths.
Oklahoma Christian University reported 6 current active cases on campus as of Monday March 1. There are also 9 students currently in quarantine or isolation.
Since Jan. 19 the university has reported 59 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
