Being secretary has been such a great opportunity and I would love to step up and serve as president.”
What is your main goal if you win?
“I want to make opportunities for all students to be represented by the student government whether that is through their club, sport, or academics. I also would like to find creative ways to boost student involvement and bring back school spirit!”
Ashtyn Hutchison:

Why are you running for this specific position?
“I have had the honor to be OC’s SGA president this past year. The experience has humbled me and allowed me to grow as a leader and grow in community at OC. It would be an immense privilege to be able to serve as President again to continue my passion for leadership and aid fellow students at OC.”
What is your main goal if you win?
“My goal is to continue the work of the foundation I have helped place this past year. The student body can expect much of the same experiences they’ve had this year like food trucks, give aways and the pumpkin patch. Next year I would love to put more emphasis on supporting our fabulous sports teams!”
