Thursday, Nov. 29: Gamma Rho defeated Iota Kappa Phi in three sets to claim the A league volleyball title Nov. 29.

 

Q: What did it mean to you to win the volleyball championship?

 A: “Winning the volleyball championship was such a blast. With it being my senior year, ending each sport has been pretty bittersweet. I’ve been so lucky to have played with these girls for a couple of years and gain the best memories while on the court, field or sitting in the stands.

Club: Delta Gamma Sigma

Year: Senior

Hometown: Belo Horizonte, Brazil

Major: Finance

Thursday, Nov. 29: Delta Gamma Sigma defeated Chi Lambda Phi in three sets to win the A league championship Nov. 29.

Q: What were your emotions after the championship game? 

 A: “I think it was a good game. I want to thank Chi for the game. It was a pretty competitive game, but in the end, Delta won.”

Oklahoma Christian’s All-Star Flag Football team will travel to Southern Nazarene University Dec. 4 to play in an all-star classic. The game starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Southern Nazarene football stadium.
