For the 10 different social service clubs on the Oklahoma Christian University campus, Club Night, which took place on Sept. 5, was a chance to introduce their clubs and encourage potential members to attend their various rush events through the end of the month.
“I hope people just enjoy listening to the album,” junior Logan Banister said. “At the end of the day, music, and jazz, in particular, needs to be fun. I play and listen to music because it makes me happy and I hope other people feel that way when they listen to this album.”
Oklahoma Christian University students took advantage of the global opportunities offered by the Study Abroad Office and Center for Global Missions by participating in international mission internships and study abroad trips this summer.
“I feel honored to receive the Mr. Eagle award,” Moon said. “I have been blessed to be able to compete at OC for these four years and I am glad I was given this opportunity to be able to represent this university so well by Coach Hays and the administration.”

“It means a lot to us,” Niki said. “In high school, we played not even a week after she passed away and they had pink balloons in recognition of her. For us to get to continue that through college and have teammates and coaches who care enough to do that, not just for us but for so many other families as well, it just means so much.”
This year’s athletic banquet will feature a dinner, slideshow and speech by each coach, as well as a presentation of awards.
