“I rushed Pi because of the people – they are the nicest, sweetest people I have ever met in my life and I just felt like that was where I belonged,” Harding said. “Even though we will not be a club after this spring and we may not have that title, we are still friends and we are going to be friends long after.”

OC alumnus Stephen Ball strategizes the summer concert series and selects up and coming artists before they hit fame, which in years past included stars like Taylor Swift and Britney Spears.
“All of us should lead and live as if our legacy depends upon it, because it does,” Grande said. “Ronald Reagan isn’t remembered all of these years later because he’s gone. He’s remembered for how he lived. His legacy was written every day he came through the office and every time he stepped into the world.”
“If we’re killing children, then nobody is off limits, and that says a lot about the where the movement went and where it had to go,” Jones said.
“It was at OC that I first learned how to shoot and edit, and turn stories for Eagle Angle,” Cargile said. “I also still hear from my OC professors on a regular basis who are like family. Dr. Jurney just sent me an email a couple of days ago, telling me how proud of me he is and how exciting it is to follow my Olympic experience. It sure makes you feel good and is a reminder of where it all started.”
“I personally love each opportunity,” Maddox said. “As someone who comes from a family of educators, I do not get the opportunity very often so there are several at our office who take the chance to speak whenever we can across several schools. I am fortunate that my connection with Wes has allowed me to do that.”
The trip provides students will the opportunity to gain course credits, including English composition II, perspectives in literature or a drama elective, while also exploring Canada. The group is scheduled to view six plays, experience a backstage tour and attend two festival theaters, among other excursions.
