The Student Government Association met on Oct.19 for their weekly senate meeting. In this week’s meeting, SGA discussed last week’s meeting minutes, appropriation updates, funding requests and events from Eagle Eye.
As usual, the meeting started with a Bible verse and prayer. Then, SGA reviewed the minutes from the last meeting.
Funding approvals were also announced at this meeting. SGA approved the funding for game prizes at FCA chapel.
A funding request from Chi Lambda Phi was given. Chi asked about funding for their Christmas-Themed Halloween Trail, which is planned to be held on Oct. 27th.
To wrap up the meeting, Eagle Eye presented some upcoming events on campus. Most notably, the Pumpkin Festival will be held on Oct. 25th.
